We collect information to provide, personalize, and improve your matchmaking, chatting, and calling experience:

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

• Registration Details: Your mobile phone number, email address, username, age, gender, and sexual orientation preferences.
• Profile Content: Biography, lifestyle tags, interests, relationship preferences, and uploaded profile photos.
• Direct Communications: Messages, voice memos, and media shared in one-on-one chats.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Approximate Location: With your explicit consent, we collect coarse GPS or network coordinates to show matches in your geographical area. You can disable this anytime in your device settings.
• Device & Telemetry Data: Operating system version, device model, IP address, connection speed, and crash diagnostics to optimize real-time streaming performance.

3. Camera & Microphone Permissions

To enable live dual-way WebRTC video calls, voice calls, and photo uploads, Comeeon requests runtime permissions on your mobile device or web browser.

• Camera Permission: Utilized strictly during active video calls or when you take a photo/selfie for profile verification. We do NOT access your camera in the background.
• Microphone Permission: Utilized solely to transmit audio during voice and video calls or when recording voice notes in chat.

4. Real-Time Calling & Push Notifications

Our application integrates with native system services such as Apple CallKit (on iOS) and foreground call services (on Android), powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

• Incoming Call Alerts: When another user initiates a call, an encrypted push token triggers a native ringing screen so you can accept or decline without keeping the app actively open.
• Foreground Call Service: While on an ongoing call, a persistent indicator is displayed on your device in accordance with Android and iOS system transparency policies.

5. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for legitimate operational and user-experience purposes:

• To match you with compatible profiles based on distance, preferences, and interests.
• To establish low-latency peer-to-peer WebRTC connections.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, harassment, fake profiles, and terms violations.
• To distribute OTA (Over-The-Air) bug fixes and software updates.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not share your private data except under strict, necessary conditions:

• Infrastructure Providers: Secure cloud hosting, database providers, and STUN/TURN signaling servers essential for routing encrypted WebRTC calls.
• Legal Obligations: When required by enforceable court orders, subpoenas, or valid law enforcement investigations regarding severe crimes or immediate bodily harm.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data only as long as your account remains active. You maintain complete control over your information:

• You can delete individual photos, messages, or profile details at any time from within the app.
• You may request complete account deletion through your profile settings or by emailing our data privacy team. Upon deletion, your profile, matches, and chat history are permanently scrubbed from our active databases within 30 days.

8. Security Safeguards

We utilize industry-grade encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 for resting data) across our backend infrastructure. Session authentication relies on cryptographically signed JWT tokens, and sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text.

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as GDPR in Europe or CCPA/CPRA in California), you have rights including:

• The right to access and receive a copy of your personal data.
• The right to rectify incomplete or inaccurate information.
